I have a great relationship with Milo Duffin, Creative Director at Blaine Warren Advertising.  Over the years, he as given me many storyboard assignments as well as illustration assignments.

This image was for a promotional poster for Jay Leno’s Tour for the Troops.

This was an interesting project because they asked me to do a line drawing of Jay Leno.  Usually, I paint likenesses.  This was one of the few times I was asked to do a likeness in an ink line drawing style.  I achieved this using vector lines instead of traditional inks, but if you look at my recent life drawing work, you’ll see that I’m really starting to enjoy ink drawing from life.

I look forward to more projects like this one.

Over the years I have done many commercial storyboard jobs for Blaine Warren Advertising.

I also appreciate that I am often asked to do things outside of my comfort zone.  This forces me to come up with methods and techniques that are fun and fast for me to do while also making sure the clients needs are met.
